At Brambas Barefoot, we want you to experience the ultimate freedom of natural movement, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period for all our footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your fit or feel, we offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure your feet stay happy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn or lightly tested shoes back in their original Brambas packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5 business days.
